Formally a golf club hotel, converted into seven, two bedroom apartments. Whole block was in need of complete refurbishment.
Exterior and interior repairs and refurbishment works were required for the apartment block, including external render repairs, guttering replacement, internal plaster repairs, painting and general repairs, roof & chimney repairs and parapet & balcony repairs.
One of the bathrooms had to be completed gutted and refitted due to leaking roof.
Work complied with CDM (The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations) legislation. Works required full risk assessments and method statements for all components of the project – written and managed by PG.
Employed as Principal Contractor working with Project Designer (Civil Engineer), client (Building Society), Building Inspector & Chartered surveyor.
Completed on time and on budget
